Why Choose Restorative Pathways?
We value the people who do this work. Restorative Pathways offers the professional autonomy of private practice while still giving clinicians the support and connection of a team. Our clinical expectations are intentionally manageable. We want clinicians to have the time and space to prepare well, consult when needed, continue learning, and still have a life outside of work. We value professional judgment, collaboration, continued growth, and genuine connection with one another. That includes making time for team events and creating a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and part of something.

Restorative Pathways Forensic and Behavioral Health Services | St. Louis, Missouri
Full-Time W-2 Position | In-Person with Remote Work Potential
Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Job description:
Restorative Pathways is a specialized forensic and behavioral health practice serving adults with complex clinical needs, including individuals navigating legal and other human services systems. This is an opportunity for a licensed therapist who wants meaningful clinical work, a sustainable caseload, and the autonomy of private practice without having to build a practice alone.
Our full-time clinicians provide approximately 22 direct clinical hours per week. New clinicians are supported as they build their caseload through an established referral network and practice visibility, while also developing their own professional referral relationships over time. We offer a collaborative clinical environment, regular consultation, professional development support, hybrid flexibility when appropriate, and the opportunity to deepen expertise in areas such as forensic and behavioral health treatment, problematic or compulsive sexual behavior, trauma, behavioral regulation, relationship concerns, and work with justice- and system-involved clients.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $68,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
New clinicians begin with a 60-day hourly onboarding and caseload-building period before transitioning to the full-time salaried position. During this period, clinical hours are paid at $70 per hour, with administrative and training time paid separately. The 60-day onboarding period allows time to complete orientation, become familiar with practice procedures, and establish a sustainable caseload. Clinicians are supported through existing referrals and practice visibility as they build toward full-time status.
Benefits and professional support include:
Paid time off and paid holidays
QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit
Monthly professional development allowance
Regular clinical consultation and case discussion
Hybrid flexibility when clinically appropriate
Biannual bonus opportunity
Sustainable full-time expectation of approximately 22 direct clinical hours per week
